Swimming pool industry tradies do not typically require a formal qualification. For example, you are not required to be a licensed electrician to install anything 12v or under & you are not required to be a licensed plumber to install pool equipment etc...

This makes it very difficult to monitor & control who is a legitimate swimming pool professional with the adequate experience to be working unsupervised.

Pool Trades Group accepts applications from Trades People based on a 5 year minimum pool experience requirement, this is typically accepted via verification of a valid ABN.

We do our best to only list experienced tradies but cannot be held liable for your experience with any listed member.

Pool Trades Group does not accept any responsibility for misinformation given on applications, We can only verify listings via publicly available information & some background checks.

Should you choose to use this website, you should also carry out your own independent research on the person / business whose services you are seeking, by using the Pool Trades Group website to find pool tradesmen you fully accept responsibility for your choices and do not hold Pool Trades Group accountable for any disputes that may arise with your chosen tradie.

Complaints about any mis-information on the website should be emailed to us immediately for correction to admin@pooltradesgroup.com.au

You may complain about a tradesman's service and we may choose to remove their listing after a fair review of the situation, but we have no power to change any occurrence or outcome of that experience & we do not offer any form of disputes resolution, advise or mediation.

Pool Trades Group is dedicated to connecting swimming pool owners with experienced swimming pool tradesmen.

To be a part of the Pool Trades Group, all members must provide of evidence of having a minimum of 5 years' experience in the swimming pool industry.

Is your swimming pool tradie qualified to be a Pool Trades Group Member? Check if they carry our Logo and Membership card.

Terms & Conditions

Pool Trades Group businesses have verified as being experienced with swimming pools.

Barrier inspectors & retailers do not require experience of 5 years to be listed.

Do not contact us if you have any concerns regarding a job done by a Pool Trades Group member, please take this concern directly to them as Pool Trades Group is not liable for anything that occurs between you & your chosen tradesmen.

You can email us if you think a Tradie doesn't meet our minimum requirement of 5 years' experience.
